Bench Seat Foam
From searching the forum I was able to determine this seat is 67-68 due to the folding hinges and bracket style. However I also learned there may be different foam options (standard vs full foam) but I can’t figure out which this is. The gmheritage site doesn’t list standard or optional seat types. Was there just one option in 1968?

Re: Bench Seat Foam
Looks like full foam based on spring pattern on bottom

Re: Bench Seat Foam
Yup. That's what my seat springs look like. CST, "full foam seat". Why it is called that is beyond me, since there are still springs in it.

Re: Bench Seat Foam
Steeveedee,
Although the "full foam" seats still have springs, the standard seats look similar to what my 63 has. The majority of the support is provided by taller springs and the foam is only a couple inches thick. The full foam seat has springs flush with the bottom frame to provide support for the much thicker foam. "Full foam" might have been a nice way to market the upgraded seat to hopefully sell more??
