I have had this in storage awhile. The clutch seems to have the proper tightness. About 19 and 1/2 inches in diameter.

If I'm not mistaken, 19 1/2" is correct for big-blocks with 18" being correct for small-blocks.
At any rate, fins across the face of the clutch indicates a heavy-duty unit.
