1947-51 Chevy/GMC 1/2 Ton truck, Rear Cross Sill for 9 board bed
Rear Cross Sill for 1947-51 Chevy Truck. Formed metal panel below tailgate. Attaches the rear of bedsides together. It has a small bent on the bottom side which is not really visible once the beam is installed or it can be easily bumped out when you repaint it.

I am interested in this part, but don't know if I have a "9 board" bed or not. Bought bed in pieces without wood present. Truck is a 1954 and the bed is the correct for that year with the raised metal where fenders bolt on.
