disc conversion question

allright, i bought a new front end with 307 gears. the drum one on there right now is 3.73, so could i just take of the disc components and put them on my current front end...any help appreciated - todd

Do you have an open or closed knuckle front? Would help if we knew what year your truck was.

i have a 71 blazer, that oddly enough has drums up front. open knuckles though. so are the ones i picked up out of a 73.
