Powertrain Overhaul Complete, 72-C10 396SBC Stroker

After a year down thanks to a bad crank on a 350CI Jasper engine- I got the truck back on the road finally last summer.

I wanted to give an update and hopefully share some pictures/video of the mostly finished overhaul. The Blueprint 396 crate has been installed for over a year now, with lots of "testing" behind the wheel.

Supporting modifications have been added such as a higher stall torque converter, trans cooler, TH350 shift kit/ reworked valve body , Clutch style Eaton Posi for the 3.08's, radiator overflow reservoir, new exhaust system, and new paper towels in the glovebox for when things get a bit too squirrely.

I'm not positive on the rules regarding links, but here's a video from some testing with open headers- https://youtu.be/-pELWM1qKE4

Here's a video with the long tube headers installed I went with I think hooker super comps after trying two different hedman's headers that didn't fit-, 3" dual flowmasters, and H-pipe - (there is some potentially offensive text overlay on the video, my apologies, do not watch if profanities offend) - https://youtube.com/shorts/d9R62Ma3xhg?feature=share

Now I'm getting the final carb tuning and some minor leaks addressed, engine likes to run on when turning the truck off in park/neutral.

Last upgrade for the year will hopefully be tires and or wheels, Love the current look, but hate the driving feel from having so much sidewall. If you have any suggestions for bigger diameter rally wheels and how much wider I can go (currently all stock height/suspension) I'd love any help!
