Somewhat off topic, but I like to share if ok?

Was turning 60 years, 14. december, and the closest family joined together yesterday. Scary as 60 is, it was a really good time.
Oldest son is making knife in «His Shed», he made this for me. I really appreciate the effort he is putting into this. Color match is better than it appears in picture.

Here is a link of the making, if anyone like to see: https://youtu.be/dA2JsdHsnMY

Whish everyone a peaceful and great Christmas!

Very impressive! I have never seen a knife being made by hand before now. Not surprisingly, that took an awful lot of work, and I'm guessing an awful lot of time. It turned out great... your son is quite a craftsman!

Congrats on turning 60, young feller! Oh btw, nice truck too!

That's a great gift , The only thing my son made for me was some Macaroni art picture when he was little , We ended up having to cook it for dinner one night when cash was tight ! He's 40 now so don't sweat 60 !

If your heathy age is a mindset. As Clint Eastwood states ," I dont let the Old Man in ". Pictured is me at 65 years old just after picking up my 1972 C10 in Brookings South Dakota on November 1st, 2014 just before the 900 mile journey home. Me and a bud, he was 63, drove the 900 miles the day before spent the night and drove the 900 miles back home next day.

Thanks, that΄s impressive. Persionally I am in very good shape, and have to be -considering all the plans i have for my C10 and my other cars. I doubt 100 years will be sufficient 🤣 -but I really enjoy this hobby.
