I lost my Best friend last week

Hello
I lost my best friend on Dec 30th last year. She was a rescue dog and I have to say without a doubt my best friend. I tend to like dogs more than people. She had a short fight with progressive cancer in the heart. She died in my g/f arms looking out the window of my car doing one of the things she loved to do with me. She was never afraid of anything but being alone. I’m grateful she didn’t die alone. This has been rough on me. But each day it gets a little better. I still miss my lil girl alot and her name is Keva. The first picture was taken minutes before she passed away peacefully.

I am sorry. Getting ready to say goodbye to mine also. Totally unfair. Hope to be reunited in some afterlife

It’s never easy my friend, I’m sorry for your loss. We lost our pup several years ago now.

At least she went with you near and in her happy place.

Sorry for your loss. I have a chihuahua/pug mix that is 15 and already getting myself ready for her to pass. It's never been easy.

Take care of yourself and grieve , as they are truly a part of us.

Re: I lost my Best friend last week

Damnit... so sorry. I lost my little Zoey after a fight for life at 10 weeks old. She had an unknown Birth defect and had half of her little intestines rotten. It was so shocking how much such a little one could make such an incredible impact on me is such a very short time, but damn did she.
I know it may not be much, nor do I know you religious beliefs, but I find some comfort in my belief that all dogs do go to Heaven and that one day I plan to see them all and re-unite with my little girl.
Again, so sorry.

Sorry for your loss.

I don't have pets but kudos to you (and every other human) that takes in strays and/or rescue animals to give them a good loving home. You deserve them & they deserve you.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

I am so very sorry for your loss! Such a sweet looking pup. Sounds like about the best "passing" one could ask for - held lovingly while doing something she enjoyed.
