Steering components and torque questions.

Just installed the steering arm with the 3 bolts and crush sleeves to the mid 70s front axle on my 69. Anyone know the torque specs for that? It is a raised arm for a lift if that matters.

Question 2, the arm from the steering arm to the arm on the gearbox would be a 3 piece on this one? (power steering) Any brand better than others for that?
Thanks.
