Top Down Today

It's been a long winter with record snow, followed by a wet spring. Today was the first day I dared to put the soft top completely down.

Yes, it's dark yellow. There's a story there... I had planned on painting the Blazer with the newer Velocity Yellow. I had even bought a gallon of the paint. But when it came time to get the Blazer back on the road, I was in a hurry, so I decided to just match the hood and fender to the existing paint. As soon as I started spraying it I fell in love with the color, so eventually the whole thing will get new dark yellow paint.

Re: Top Down Today

Thanks for the compliments. It's a work in progress, but everything under the hood is new and it's completely rewired. I also built a custom 2.5" stainless steel dual exhaust for it with Magnaflow 14 inch mufflers. It's a hoot to drive.
