2wd or 4wd fan shroud?

1970 Chevy C10 with a 350 V8 installed in the 6cyl rear mounting holes. Truck was like this when I bought it and I don't really want to remount the motor forward because I'd have to remount the trany and the exhaust too. So, Since my fan shroud doesn't line up right I'm thinking about buying another one. are the 4wd shrouds bigger (deeper) then the two wheel drive shrouds?

They are about an inch deeper. TWSS

I did replace mine for that reason. It came with a 2WD version.

Re: 2wd or 4wd fan shroud?

Wanna go really cheap?

Picked up a fan shroud from some car at a salvage yard that was also too short, so I got some of that plastic garden divider stuff from the store and with some rivets or screws I extended that thing over my razor sharp flex fan.

I probably should get one of those "CAUTION FAN" stickers just to make it look all original.

yes they are deeper. I have a 4WD shroud on my 68 as the motor is also in the I6 spot. Fan is where should be in relation to the shroud.
