Which tool to remove center of steering wheel?
5 screws to remove the steering wheel. How to remove this thing? Just not sure which tool for this purpose. Thanks again.

Looks like perhaps an aftermarket steering wheel adapter. If those are threaded holes then I think try a steering wheel puller of the type that does a 3 point pull. You can probably rent one for free from a local auto parts store.

You have lots of Options.
I will suggest a little penetrating oil. Of your choice. Here is your flip. Ama zon or HF are options. Rent a puller or Buy one on A MoZon or Harber Freight.
