1969 C10 3 Speed Spline Count

So I have been searching all over to get a 100% answer to my question before I order parts. I need to put a new clutch in my sons 1969 C10 pick that has a 3 speed manual transmission. I am pretty sure that year came with a Saginaw transmission. I am trying to determine if that trans has a 10 or 26 spline input shaft so I can order the parts. All the different places I have search give both a 10 or 26 spline clutch option. I want to do the job quick so I don't really want to take it apart to find out then order the parts. Any help would be appreciated.

Ive put in hundreds of them & they all have been 10 splines. The latter models like Cameros & such had 26 splines.
Its hard to buy a clutch ahead of time as there were several optional sizes.

My 69 c15 three speed has a 10 spline. I used a Luk clutch kit 04-049. (Luk makes OEM clutches for a lot of manufacturers) It works perfectly and feels exactly like it should.
I'd stay away from any high performance upgrades unless it's really needed. They often make the pedal stiffer, and can wear the engine thrust bearings faster. A stock 11" clutch can last a long time.

Never mind the spline count. No need to go online and "search all the places"... Jack the truck up. Remove the clutch, pressure plate, flywheel and all those ancillary pieces in order to get to the "meat of the matter".. Carry, bring, or otherwise, haul the 4 pieces to the local "parts house" and buy duplicates of what you have... On the way, drop off the flywheel at the local machine shop and have the flywheel refaced. This is mandatory..

By now, you know how heavy all that iron is.. Buy locally, stay off the internet and save all that shipping charges........
