1965 Chevy Seat

Picked up a great 1965 Step side shortbox this weekend ( thank you Lost 56) but I would like to switch to a bench seat. Currently has buckets and I need all the room I can get (maybe lose a few pounds?) Question is what year bench will fit other than a 65 seat? Would like to go newer just because of how the seats are designed in newer models. Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks Guys Sure nice to be back in the Chevy world!!!

Are you keeping the gas tank in the cab? This could make a difference. Most squarebody seats work good.

Re: 1965 Chevy Seat

The 88 to 93 seats work easy. The front holes bolt to the original spots and you just have to drill for the rear bolts. I doubt you will get any more room then you have. I found this on at Pick and Pull for $60. It must be 91 or 92 as it has head rests. I believe those were the years that they came with but I could be wrong. I need a better seat cover but my dog rides with me.

I got one of those. Nice seats, but mine has me sitting a bit too tall in the saddle. I'll likely section the mounts one day.
