Best parts pricing ?

Got a new project (72 C10) and am getting ready to drop about $1200 bucks on a bunch of parts , Grill , bumper , Mouldings etc. I know there are several
places that I can get these parts from NPD , Classic Industries , Brothers , LMC. Who in your opinion has the best prices and would any of these vendors offer a discount if an order is over $1000 bucks ?

+1 for GMC Pauls.
It's not always about price but fit.

Arrow Re: Best parts pricing ?

I have bought a lot from LMC in the past. They did offer totally free shipping if over $1500. So, a hood, bumpers, various smaller parts, and a Blazer bedside were shipped no extra charge, and they had the best pricing on them 6 years ago when I bought them.

Now that policy has changed to $2500 orders and above.

Some of LMC's parts are crap, but some are exactly the same as everybody else sells.

The bedside was a Woodall, and their grille shell/insert and premium bumpers have been good.

If your after trim (mouldings) mar-k has a really good reputation but not cheap. Again I’ll repeat the above it’s not always about price but fit.

Re: Best parts pricing ?

I buy most of my small pieces from Classic parts because they will pack a bunch of little parts in a USOS priority mail box and just charge you the rate with no handling fees.
They usually get the parts pulled, boxed and ready to go within a short time frame too.

Wes at Classic Heartbeat outside of Olympia Washington is a little higher on parts for the most part but he is a three hour drive for me if I want big pieces and he is seriously about what he sells parts wise.

The Filling Station in Oregon has good prices but my experience is that on slow moving items they rely on getting the part in on a stock order and then ship it to you. I ordered a park light lens for my 77 one ton from them and it took a month for it to show up but it did show up and the price was enough better that it was worth the wait.
