SM465 to turbo 400 converion questions

I'm gathering up parts to convert my 77 K10 4 speed over to a turbo 400/205 setup, and I have a few questions. Can I use my original 4 speed crossmember? Is the mechanical shift linkage the same for a turbo 350 and a turbo 400? Is the shift linkage the same for Suburbans and pickups?

Linkage should all be the same, not sure about the cross member

You'll also need a kickdown switch for the pedal and the associated wiring.
