Window crank and door handle spacers? Where to buy?

I'm guessing these are '72 specific, I'm not sure, but where can I buy new ones. I looked multiple places and only found foam ones but these are Rubber. Unless they're supposed to be foam. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I didn't have a source so I made a couple from a piece of closed-cell pipe insulation. Not a perfect match but they did the trick.
