help with what to do carpet decision

I have a dark Saddle High hump OER in the box carpet for my Kim & Doc build I have changed directions on paint schemes and now will go with an all black interior in that build ....My new addition Grand Theft Auto I decided to use all the dark saddle interior trim I collected over the years in this dark blue truck here is the question .....thoughts on using SEM fabric paint to change my newer in good shape black low hump carpet to dark saddle and my new in the box dark saddle high hump to black .....you all know what the other option I$

I don't think you would like the results over time. I used the SEM on some faded black floor mats in my blazer and it looked good for about a year and a half. Keep in mind I never put the top on the blazer so when I drive it gets full on sun, so maybe it would work better in a truck cab.

It still fades. I used it on my son's '70 Dart and it last a little over a year, and the carpet was black to begin with.

I know you guys are right..... FS on parts board
