Vent window question

Putting my doors back together and I'm looking at the vent windows. They are in fair shape, no chunks out of the rubber and they function. The seals have like one tiny crack in the corner, but I think they will be fine...THINK.
My question is "If" I did decide to replace them, should I go with just replacing the whole assembly, or should I buy the seal kit and rebuild it? I've read that the aftermarket seals always whistle and make air noise?? Are the complete assemblies ok?... or should I just count my blessings and run the factory ones that I have and just clean them up good and touch the paint up? What is my best bet? I'm more interested in quality than price, I don't mind paying for something that works great, and when I put it in I'm done, but I don't want no junk that don't work right. To save time and I'd like to just buy two new assemblies and drop them in, but not if they suck. Advise please.
