Talk about a nice dash bezel (revisited)
I bought one of the billet aluminum dash bezels from Javier Sanchez (J&J Engineering in Arcadia, CA) that a thread was started about a few days ago. The attached picture simply does not do this bezel justice. The workmanship is second to none and the engineering flawless. Whoever said it didn't fit right must not have had one of these bezels. My truck is still torn apart but I am here to report first hand that this bezel fits like a friggin' glove. Javier called me when he got my money order and called me when he shipped the part the next day. His level of customer service has been excellent throughout this transaction. If you buy one of these gauge bezels you will not be disappointed. Javier, thanks for a great part at a great price. I only hope the rest of the truck turns out just as classy.

What is the going rate for one of those? I like it very much!
I also hope that Brothers & Javier have gotten things out in the open for all to make their determination& that the comments in the picture in this thread no longer happen. Thanks Ron

Very nice. Can you take a side profile shot and a shot of the back to see how the gauges mount?
Also, some more detailed contact information Website or phone number and address. |

lol. i dont think that it would include gauges for 189. the speedo alone is probably around 100 tach is probably another 100 or more then all the others your talking between 300-500 for gauges depending on what you get

More information about the bezel
The price does not include the gauges. Count on at least $400 for them.
Here is the contact information (I don't think there is a website): Javier Sanchez J&J Engineering 115 East St. Joseph Street Arcadia, CA 91006 (626) 446-2368 (626) 446-0864 (fax)

I just ordered the rest of the Phantom gauges for the bezel. Once I get them I will mount them in the bezel and take additional pictures and post at this thread.

As I said in the other thread. "that is the best looking dash Bezel I have seen"
My question would be. How well can you see the tops of the gauges when sitting in normal driving position. The guages look to be inset quite a bit. Are the tops of the bottom row cut from view at all? thanks,,,jerry |

Is there a 67-68 design in the works with the headlight and wiper on the left and the choke on the right?

Sorry, but this is the only design available at this time.
I own a 69 without the choke so I don't what needs to be done besides adding another hole. There is probably some sheet metal behind it that I would have to add clearance for. |

That is a nice looking bezel. Do you have to do any triming on the dash? Have you thought about a matching glove box?
It is on my "want" list...
