Stock steering wheel on Ididit column

I couldn’t find much info on this but I was able to get my stock wheel to fit my ididit column. I did have to do a few modifications to make it work. The taper on the stock wheel was slightly off from the ididit column so I used a Dremel with the sandpaper wheel and slowly enlarged the “Smooth” portion of the wheel below the splines. I had to drill a new hole to clock the canceling mechanism and get a different horn pin.

Pic 1 shows the large gap between the wheel when I originally tried to put it on.
Pic 2 shows the closed gap aver using the Dremel. I took the wheel on and off 4-5x and slowly got it to seat down so I didn’t take too much material off.

Pic 4 is the factory horn pieces
Pic 5 is the ididit hot button you will need. This needs to be trimmed to sit about 1/16-1/8in above the center of the wheel so it doesn’t contact the concave horn ring. When you depress the horn button it will then touch.
