Anyone Modify a Custom grill to use turn signals??

i bought this grill the other day.

But i circled in red. is like a upside down L shaped hook. And its in the middle of the grill not in the bottom corners like the stock grill.

Anyone every modify one of these things?

I just got a sqaure tubing grille for my 85 and it has that same thing but below it is a flat bar with some notches in it for the turn signal look and see if yours has the same

Mine come off an 85 and already had the lights in it that may be the case on yours

I put a stull in my 85 and it had some brackets for the lights? You can always use duct tape and bailin wire....

I had the same hooks on my Trenz. You cut the ears off the stock lights and ise the hook and a self tapping screw on the bottom to secure it.

Lightbulb

I installed these lights from a fiero.

If i remember correctly i just fastened them to the bottom mounting bracket of the grille.

My grille had the same L- tab in the correct location but i didn't like the look of the factory light's so off they came.
