88-98 stepside bed FS DFW

I am getting a stepside 88-98 bed....just seeing if anyone in DFW (or anywhere else) is interested.....I do have some pics just e-mail me.

I swapped since he is a good customer of mine but I really don't need the bed.

$700

Thanks,

I'd be interested in the bed depending on it's shape. I'm in N.Dallas.

Alright, I'll keep it in mind. I wouldn't need one for a little but anyway so if you don't get rid maybe we can work something out.
Thanks

Good Luck
I got $950 for one about 3 years ago and it was banged up on the top bedrail & both sides were cracked. They go for $1200-$1400 up here in N.T.O. condition... $700 sounds fair to me....

Dang, dude, take it easy.....Just cuz something is on Ebay for a certain price does not mean that is the going price......If you don't want to pay $700 for the bed then OK....I never said it was or was not negotiable....

You are making something you have only seen in pictures seem like it is not a good deal....maybe, maybe not....I have never bought an 88-98 bed so I am just guessing at the price....Besides, if the guy on Ebay is selling that late model bed for 800 (which may not even be the reserve price) it doesn't mean that it is not a P.O.S. There IS a reason he is selling it!

By saying that you have seen them on ebay for $500, you are possibly keeping someone who might want this bed from buying it simply because YOU found one on Ebay....they might wait til the cows come home before another deal comes around at $500.......

If you don't think it is worth it, don't buy it! But don't run it into the ground either!

It's cool, man....I am not trying to make a killing......I am thinking about keeping it and using it on another project in the future....I just have time and money tied up in the swap for it and just figured that I might see if someone else needed it worse than me....

I am open and honest about everything I do, thanks for noticing....

Firstgen, you are fairly new to the forum and you might want to read the forum rules, mabey take notice of #12. not every one on here will be as civil as custom1 if you post in their threads telling them there parts aren't worth what they are asking.
