Western Chassis is the only company that offers 1.5" coil springs to my knowledge.

DJM 3" spindles + 1.5 coil springs=4.5" of drop.

Why would you base a decision on something that WILL be replaced (Tires)...??? Buy new tires, simple as that! Besides, that tire size is cheap.

I also agree w/ Tom that Eibach is the way to go. I had a pair for my 86' and they looked awesome.

255/50 17's are relatively cheap, at $90 a tire...but my tires are BRAND NEW...unless I can somehow sell my two fronts and get some money to buy two new fronts...then again, I can just wait it out until they get swapped with the rears, then get new fronts (like next year or so) Hmmm...plus 2" drop springs are $100 cheaper!

I don't think Eibach is the only drop spring company out there. I bought a set of Belltech 1" front drop springs from Summit for about $95 and I think they a 1.5" one too.
