power steering belt tension

dumb question of the day.how does the belt adjust.i dont see any way to tighten it

You might have to loosen as many as three bolts. I think, two on the front and one on the rear. There should also be a handy little spot in the bracket to attach a 1/2 inch drive ratchet or breaker bar that you can use to get tension.
