Dash metal- How thick?
Could someone tell me what gauge steel is used for the dash on 67-72 C10's?

Would you cut that with a air saw, a grinder with a cutting wheel, or something else?

I would use a cut off wheel on a grinder. Depending on where on the dash you're cutting there are braces and double thicknesses of metal you have to watch out for.

Cutting wheel for sure, if you use something like a sawzall and the blade catches it will shake the dash to death and dash will bend out of shape very easily.
