I saw that one yesterday. Looks really good. I agree on the grill. My '69 never had THAT grill, but what is incorrect about the fenders besides lack of emblems? Am I overlooking something Blue Beard?

Those front fenders would have to be 69-72 fenders with the marker lights filled cuz a 71-72 grill will not bolt to the front. sorry, just had to point that out

Very sweet truck! One thing that puzzles me though, why put all that time and effort into such a beautiful truck and then add a big spacer plate on a single carb intake to get a scoop to stick through the hood?

I'm the painter

Hey guys I'm the one ho did all the body and paint work on the truck. It is a '69 w/ a '72 grille and I did fill all the marker lamps as well as the body mouldings, tailgate indention, and all emblem holes. I also widened and made the wheel tubs wider while kepping all the factory lines. Stepped the bed floor and kept the ribs running up and over the step. The color is House of Kolor Ultra Orange Pearl w/ Dupont clearcoat. On the intake, he had a tunnel ram, but he didn't have nearly enogh moter for it so he took it off and went w/ that intake. It is a fairly nice truck I don't know why he's selling.

That is my truck. And everything I put in the ad is true. The parking lights are just shaved. It is a nice truck, if it sell I will just take the money and build one of my other projects. Ghetocrewzer did do all the paint and bodywork, and he did a awesome job. Thanks for all the complements and you do have it right the guy in the orange shorts is goofy!!!

If any of you guys is looking for a nice custom truck that is pretty much ready to go on the road or just to shows I would look into buying this truck. It was built w/ the best parts and everything is put together well. The truck looks awesome and runs just as well. I know he just put the new wheels and tires on it about 2 weeks ago and they look killer.

Thanks for the welcome, you all have a great site. I knew that question was coming, all I can say is that it is a lot less than I have in it. If it doesn,t sell and as long as the baby will hold off from being born (my wife is due may 23rd) I will have the truck at showfest 2004 in greenville,ms. That is a lot of if's tho.
