Angry New Distributor NO START!!!

Hello folks! I am pretty new to this forum and just in time. I just bought a 1980 Suburban that was pinging under a load and checked the timing. Turns out the mechanical advance was rusted and causing the pinging it was letting it advance about 30 degrees. I decided to replace everything from the plugs to the Distributor itself and now I can't get it start or even want to start so I have tried to start at tdc and face the rotor at the #1 wire and nothing. If anyone one can tell me anything it would be great.

I set tdc by puting my finger over the plug hole. the Disty is remanufactured. Plugs, wires, coil, cap, rotor are new. I also checked for spark and it's there too. Thanks for the replys
