Fuel Line Question???
Is the rubber line from the main tank to the metal lines 3/8" line? Im still trying to figure out what is wrong with my truck. And I know that one of those lines was cracking and leaked at one point. The reason I ask is because I haven't gotten back under it since I broke my wrist.. Now that the cast is off im ready to get back to work. Just wanted to know if that is the correct size so I can go buy some before I crawl under that baby.

6 cylinder or 307 got the 5/16.
350 or big block got the 3/8 line.

My 81 has 3/8 up to the fuel pump, then changes to 5/16 to the carb.

Let me add a bit of advice. When connecting rubber hose to tubing without a bead on the tubing, it is difficult to get a good seal, especially with gasoline. You probably won't see the leak, it will be that slight. But if your truck sets for a few days, you will notice that you have to crank the engine for a little bit to get fuel to the carburetor.
To help with this, use Permatex Hylomar . This is a non-hardening sealant developed by Rolls Royce for use in carburetors and is the only gasoline resistant sealer that I am aware of. Wipe a little on the tube, install the hose and clamp. It works great.
