I have a '72 C20 with a 350 and a TH350. The rod that controls the shifting that goes from the steering column down to the tranny is what I need a pic of. I think there was some sort of special bolt that attaches the rod to the steering column, but I lost it somewhere.

Anyone know where I can get one or explain exactly what it is so that I can make one? It looks kind of like a bushing with a bolt sticking out the side, if I remember correctly...

on my 67, I went to a junk yard and got all the parts off a later model truck, mid 70's I think. on the stuff I got the adjustable part was on the lower part of the linkage , at the top it had a bend and a plastic bushing with a pin. not sure if it's interhcangable with what you got, but then I was starting from scratch and didn't really know what I was looking for. It works tho, that's all I was worried about. and the whole assembly cost me,,,, well I can't even remember, so it wasn't much. the bolt you're looking for looks the same as the one I got, just in a differnt place.
