What are these screws and holes?

Hi everybody;
Can you tell me the purpose of these screws around the rear window and holes inside the cab, not the one for sun visor? Thanks.

The back window looks as though it had some type of truck camper on it at some time (wish I could find a pic...never seen this done on a '67 small back window yet tho). They had like a vinyl or leather cover that wraped around the window opening when the window was removed.

The other ones I'm puzzled on myself...

I wonder if it had a camper shell on it once. Because those fasteners around the back window look like it was for a rubber boot. That way they could heat the back area, and use it as a pass through. Just my .2 cents worth.

The ones in the front (between the visors) may have been for mounting a CB Radio. I mounted a CB in mine years ago right in that area.
