Frank, I know you have been looking at that color since 77 so you might be tired of it. From the outside looking in I would have to vote that you keep it. Maybe add a second "factory" color if your really bored, but beyond that it looks killer as it is.....

Excellent! I really like the E-Brake setup.
I know you say it's silver but the photo's and lighting (possibly reflection of the sunset) make it appear to have brown/grey tint. Now I just have to look through the paint chip book to find a color close to what the color looks like in your photos.

Sort of. It's mounted to the pinion yoke.
I heated the parking brake system that came with the rear calipers so decided if I really need a parking brake then this would be the easiest and cleanest set up.

Where did you get that parking brake set-up. I have a 9inch I am putting in a 77'

when i put my 9 in, i just reused the stock ford drum backing plates and hooked the parking brake cables up, did the same thing with the brakelines, it all worked. just needed to adjust the cables afterwards.

The 9inch I have has disk brakes though.
