current project 67 402BB stout th350 3.08's with a locker. Plan on tubs 18.5's out back! Go to file, click on "save as", and when the window pops up, look in the bottom where it says "bitmap". Click on the arrow and select "JPG" and click on "save", then try.

There is a site on the web where you can resize any gif, jpeg, or bmp photo and it's free - http://jpegwizard.com/
I tried it out and it works pretty slick.
