more about my 69 sub

first off, i am a rookie when it comes to building any kind of classic truck. the sub has the barn doors, roof air that is supposed to work. i paid $700 for it. supposedly it only needs a starter and a carburator. does the 8 lug suspension mean that its a 3\4 ton? i dont plan on putting 20s on it but probably some 10in wide rims with some fat tires (295\50s)all the way around.im am going to go to my moms house and get some pics and put them on here(wife said it wasnt coming to our house).around here in SE kansas there are only 2 old subs and i have 1 of them.
