Looking to sell-need to resolve a situation

Well, I looked for a long time, and I found one....and now, it looks like I might have to sell, and start over some time in the future. I'm not looking to make any money off it, just my money that I put into it...Here are the specs...

1971 2wd
Single wall top
Some rust in main areas, but nothing that can't be fixed...
The motor and tranny are pulled, but don't know if anyone would
want it anyways. 305/3 on the tree.

The entire front end is off...and everything minus the hood and a few parts are in the back...

Like I stated before, I hate to do this, after I worked so hard to get one, and
on it already, but I'm in a situation I need to get out of. Here are the pics of it...lemme know if it works...from when I bought it, and how it sits currently...

Asking price is 4k...although very negotiable, I know I need to post a price, so that is about what I have into it at the moment...would like to sell asap, so lemme know if there are any questions....or anything else...thanks guys

Lenny

Only thing I really bought was power steering....the entire assembly.

like I said, I am pretty flexible on price, it just needed to be posted...

I guess you realy did need to get insperation to build it

My weekend was so busy I wasn't home much, I did work on my K5 but only for a short bit early in the am before the warden woke up and put me to work..I never ran so many errons in my life

Good Luck on the sale, is it here in Cali?
Later
Burt

Burt...I hear ya...everytime I come home, my mother usually pays for my flight, but in return, I run around visiting everyone like a chicken with my head cut off...

It is not so much not insperation, but I got myself into a situation...and this is the best way out of it...trust me, I don't want to sell at all...I have exactly what I wanted...

anyways, no, the blazer is not in Cali, I wish it was, I bet it would sell very fast...the blazer is here in Maryland, but would be more than willing to ship anywhere...

I think people think I am asking too much...so maybe I should put the "obo" after the price...so, let me clarify....$4,000.00 OBO....

this blazer would make a great project...just needs a little love and time...
it has everything a person would want in a 2wd project....other than a/c...

lemme know if I can answer any other questions...

thanks Lenny

THAT SUCKS!!! Sorry to hear you have to sell your dream vehicle to take care of a situtation that came up. I had to do that recently too. Wish I had the money to take it off your hands. Looks like a great project! Maybe you should throw the front end back on. Might help sell it faster. Good luck!

Yeah...I was thinking about it...but, if someone buys it, and wants to do any sort of restore work on it, they will have to re-disassemble it...but, if that is what it would take, then I might be able to work something out...

anyways...thanks for the kind words, and maybe I can solve the situation, before someone buys it

But currently it is for sale...

thanks again..

Lenny
