Brake Booster Differences????

Went down to the parts store to get a new booster and master cylinder and they asked for delco or bendix type.does it matter.someone told be the only difference is the delco was gold and the bedix was black.Does it matter????

whats the difference in the pattern.im thinking mine is a bendix because it is black but not sure if that was factory.the truck is a 70,but im going to disc brakes.

It looks like bendix, hard to tell w/o seeing better shot of M/C

so boosters are stamped with bendix on the rear upper of the booster case

I did not look closel last night, it looks like you have a 73 bracket set-up. The brackets do not look like the originals, and the m/c looks like the later truck m/c.
