k, heres the skinny, my GFs parents own a machine shop. there parts hauler is a 86 3/4 ton 4wd 6.2L automatic. from what her father has told me everything on the top end has been relpaced with in the last 2 years, and about 6 months ago the bottom end let go leaving a hole in the block. he is automotivly challenged so everytime it broke down it went to a shop, and now the shop is converting it to a 3 cyl desiel. i have no first hand knowledge of this truck, but am helping off the parts from the top end and tranny.
P.S. i know nothing bout desiels, whats what, or prices. so if you ask i will get a price posted for you. NO PMs. since i am dumb and doing it this way i am trying to keep everything honest.

If you can get me more info on the heads corse or fine thread injectors and of corse price i have a friend that is in need of a pair in good or rebuilt cond.

86 should have fine threads, 82 only was corse thread with the big exhaust valves. Unfortunately the marine nozzle will only fit in the short(fine) thread injector bodies. Been down this road before.

i will ask just to make sure about the threads, but it sounds like grape knows his stuff. if this is what you are looking for let me know, i will get a condition and price tonight. also shipping to NY from OR, would that have to be greyhound?

i did some on line reserch and like grape said the corse threads are 82 only, and this is the original motor. my gfs dad said that there is less than 100,000 miles on the heads
