It's time to let it out about rice burners!!!!!!
What do you guys and or girls on this board think of rice burners, you know those cars with fart can mufflers, racing stickers (supposed to give an H.P. gain
 ), and of course the dumb drivers.... I personally do not favor them. What do you think?????
