'60-'66 gas tank relocation - what did you do?

Heya folks. The point of this thread is to consolidate information about adding a tank other than the one in the cab of the truck, or maybe adding a bigger tank on a burb/panel.


So here are the questions, answer any and all that apply if you would please. Read through the whole list first, I tried to come up with different questions to answer as many different relevent questions as possible. If you think of other stuff to add, add it under 'other comments' at the bottom.
