Window Crank hits Rollbar

I think GM had some luxury cars in the sixty's that had crank out vent windows, looking for those handles to see if that will eliminate the issue. Any other solutions???

Open door. Roll window up. Close door.

Or convert to power windows. Or re-do the roll cage.
