trade complete V-belt for serpentine?

I have a complete V-belt setup off of my 72 chevy 350.

included:

all brackets have been sandblasted, primered and painted twice gloss black.
AC compressor was blowing cold before removal
Alternator was charging fine.
Powersteering pump. could turn wheel sitting still with pinky.
High flow/polished aluminum radiator. EDIT: not a radiator a water pump! sorry

I want a complete, turnkey serpentine setup ready to bolt on...

the only reason I am swapping is because I went to a ZZ4 with hedman headers and the AC won't fit.

any takers or counter offers?
