Geez...I thought that thing would be done by now! I read the first year or so of the progress and just got tired! I wish I had someone to help me on my resto!!!!!!

It can definitely take that long. I like all the documented progress, as slow as it is. I think he was/is a member here.

I remember the Truman truck - that's how I found this site.... seem to remember he had the help of a Mr. something or other who seemed to come in handy quite a bit.

I`m building the`72 short bed for her.It takes a loooong time`cause I have a few to restore first.I think Randy has the same idea(whispering):as long as she knows she gets one,she`ll leave you alone about yours,see?

I emailed with the guy that was running that site back when I started my restoration Jan 1, 2004. He said that he just had a new daughter and would be taking some time off of the project. I'm sure he'll get it started back up before too long, or someone will be bragging about a good "score" they got....
