small window 57 cab
I have a 57 small window cab that I need to sell. After getting the cab completely stripped, and welding in new floor panels, I found a great deal on a big window cab and bought it. The cab that is for sell has rust damage in the cab corners, and the steps/rocker panels need to be replaced. I have patch panels for cab corners and steps that I'll include with the cab if wanted. Also, the area in front of the door hinges is rusted and I have patch panels for those too. The hinge areas are fine. There is minor pitting and a few rust holes in in the back floor near the cab mounts. The cab is coated with Ospho to prevent rust.
One note -- the floors were my first patch panel experience. They are not a particularly great looking weld job. I knew that I could cover them with paint, sound deadner, and carpet, so I figured they would be a good place to learn. Therefore, they are not real pretty. ![]() Cab is near Portland Oregon. Anyone interested? I'll let it go pretty cheap. Or, I'd probably be willing to trade it for a big window cab rear window if someone had an extra. John.
