67 C-30 (check It Out)
Saw this at an auction today and thought you guys would enjoy the pics. Had a later model 350, 4 speed with tilt, a/c cab. Pretty nice truck with the exception of the bed needing paint and such. I will let you guess what it went for later....
It was advertised as a 67, but i know it had 68 fenders on it. No tach, no am/fm, no speedwarning. Enjoy.

Where was that auction at. A farm auction I'm assuming. We have a truck at work that is pretty close to that one. Good ole truck.

man that truck is pristine inside, but the seat needs to go, or get covered in something else.

What is up witht the clearance lights on the fenders, can't see the back window all that well. Never heard of a 67 w/AC but I'm sure there might be some still out there. I'm guessing it's a 68 and it went for $3900-4200.

OTTOMH, $2300. If it was a true farm auction the bidders usually don't care about pretty.

You guys play a good game... It did have rust showing on the rockers. Before the auction, i guessed $4500 would be the high end....I was wrong!
Suspence is over...$9250 was the winning bid. I almost tipped over!!!!!!!!!

WOW! Somebody has deep pockets. I paid 1200 for mine and its a dump. I might actually consider selling it if someone offered me 10 grand for it too.

This one did NOT have a dump and inside the box was the fuel fill. You had to be careful what you loaded so you wouldn't damage it.

Over 9K? Needing rust repair? Wow..that is crazy. If I knew that big farm trucks were all the rage I would be snapping them up instead of looking for parts off them. Stlookn, I hope that you are wrong and this truck price was an abnormality. I like the fact that I can still buy a truck for a couple grand. If prices stay somewhat level, at least in a few years if your son/daughter wants to join in the fun there will still be a good chance you can find one without having to see the bank for a remortgage. Knowing you prob have to pay 4-5K for a nice truck for them sure beats trying to get a 69 Camaro SS or 70 'Cuda as a grad gift. Anyone else feel similar, or do most want to see these trucks go the way of the musclecar?

Auctions can be funny like that.I was here to edit my guess to about 9K.You hinted that it was high and I`m assuming this auction had other vintage vehicles.(at least one other).I`m sure it`ll be sitting at some Gentleman`s Farm and babied.

Well with the name of chevyfarmer, it is kinda obvious I am a farmer, and therefore I attend farm auctions. I swear all it takes is two people who want the same thing and the sky is the limit as in this case. Numerous farmers are selling out in my area and to talk to them they are selling their equipment, for more than what they paid for it new. Ya over 9000$ shocks me too.
