You can get rubber bushings at most any auto parts store or spring shop. Spring shops would probably have them on hand, but maybe not at the best price. I think they can be found at Rockauto.com and other sites, but expect shipping costs. Compare.

For me, I just purchased some Energy Suspension graphite-impregnated poly bushings for my 72 K20 4x4 pickup from a local auto accesories shop. The rear spring bushing part number is the same for both oem and aftermarket (lift) springs:
3.2106G (the G stands for graphite. Red is available [see Jegs below], but graphite is quieter.)

Front oem springs flare out at the front spring eye, so their Energy part # is:
3.2105G

Aftermarket, non-oem style, front springs don't flare out at the front, so they take a different part #:

3.2112G (Note 40 states that part # 3.2112 is for aftermarket springs with no flare out like oem springs. Except Superlift and Skyjacker springs.)

Aftermarket front springs are 2.5" wide from end to end. OEM style front springs are 3" wide at the flared out front spring eye. So the bushings for aftermarket springs have thicker shoulders to take up the extra space left within the front spring hanger between the spring eye and the hanger "ears."

Each spring bushing set cost me locally ~$45 (no shipping). Rubber bushings cost much less, but I don't like how, after a year or so, the spring and shackle eye bolts (in their sleeves) sag upward as the rubber gives. This sag can be uneven and affect the alignment and caster to some degree. Pet peeve.

You should be able to find several on-line sources using those part #s. I messed around using oem-style front spring part # 3.2105:
SW Spring Works $50 plus shipping.
Suspension.com $35 plus ~$10 shipping.
Jegs $37.99 w/free shipping, but I don't know there's an online handling charge.
Summit Racing $37.95 with a good pic that you can enlarge to see all the parts. I luv the plated sleeves. Less rust.

HTH.

My local O'Reilly store got me some for about $33 six to eight months ago. These were the POLY bushings.
