THE COLOR IS A FACTORY TOYOTA COLOR CALLED "LUNAR MIST". IT'S A METALLIC SILVER.(BASE COAT/CLEAR COAT) I LIKE IT AND IT WILL BE EASY TO MATCH IF NEEDED.

Re: New Wheels

They look good! So, did you stick with the 245/40/20 in the front and 295/45/20 in the back? All four are 20x8.5 right?

YES, THE 245/40-20 IN FRONT THEY LOOK ALITTLE SMALL,BUT I THINK IT WILL LOOK BETTER WHEN I LOWER IT.
* 20"X8.5 FRONT AND REAR
* 245/40-20 FRONT
* 295/40-20 REAR
ALSO THE WHEEL/TIRE COMBO IS A LITTLE NARROWER THAN WHAT I RAN BEFORE, BUT ONCE AGAIN I THINK I WILL LOOK JUST RIGHT WHEN THE DROP IS INSTALLED.

Re: New Wheels

Nice! Now just get that 5/7 on there! 245 is a little narrow for an 8½..in fact I think it's the MINIMUM width tire for that rim...but nonetheless, looks great!

Re: New Wheels

Looks good man!! in all honesty everyone is worried about the front. That is perfect, what the real worry should be is a 295 on a 8.5" wheel is way too much tire for that wheel. But if your not gonna be getting crazy..you are fine. But you wont get maximum life out of the tire due to the footprint its sitting on. Its mushrooming the tire and your not getting the full use of the width of the tire like you would with a 265/275. But its still badarse!!

Re: New Wheels

my invoice says 20x8.5" on the wheels. the front and rear tires fit great .the side wall is not stretched or mushroomed, in fact it looks like its "square"
to the rim. i think the tires fit really well on the rim. the track is a little norrower than the wheels i was running before. but now they wont hit the fender lip when i install the drop.

Do you happen to have a part number on the invoice? Not that it matters but looking at the American Eagle website, they do not show an 8.5" wheel in any size. Either you have 8" all the way around or *' and 9.5" which would be about right for the tires you have.

Regardless it looks great now, and will look even better when lowered....

I love those rims. They look great. With those rims it's time for a 5/7 drop.

Re: New Wheels

I heard someone mention these are american eagle wheels? I went to the website and didn't see these? Are these Eagles or American Racing Torque Thrusts?

Teah THC, if you don't mind me asking what did you pay for these wheels?
Where did you order from.... thanks.
