My First 69
I just picked this truck up yesterday.. It`s a 1969 short bed and i`m going to try to restore it.. The truck has a 327 with a turbo 350 trans. The body has very little rust and the insides are in good condition. what would a truck in this condition be worth? trying to see if i gave to much for it..

Re: My First 69
Looks like you got a nice one to start with. Some one should be able to give you an accurate price.

Re: My First 69
to the board. Nice truck you have there. Congrats on the purchase. I dunno what I would pay for it....just from what I see in the pics and not knowing the options etc...I would say $3-4k.

Re: My First 69
Hello and welcome.Don`t worry,it`s ok to ask the value of your truck.People keep making this mistake about the rules here for some reason. The fact is,you have to be a paid subscriber to list any item for sale or a wanted to buy inquiry. You`re not wanting to buy, just did. You`re not selling, just bought it.A short fleet that`s not restored has a wide price range and depends on how bad a buyer wants one. From what I see,the range given so far sounds reasonable. But,it`s not unusual to see one like yours go for $5-6 grand or more.
