Any body got any pics of there's. I'm thinking of possibly cutting a hole in the roof.

Riptide, I would say if you want it do it. But then again I'm in the minority crowd. hehe. I just got mine test fit last month, after I finished shaving the drip rails. I have the spoiler sunroof with one touch operation. It looks kick ass, when open it hangs out over the cab like a spoiler. I am building a full blown custom, and should I ever choose to sell the market is smaller, but a custom fanatic will not pass my truck because of a suroof. Like they say different strokes.

I'm with 68 Suburban! I wouldn't care If I found a perfect 67 short box, no rust, etc. for $700. If It had a sun roof, I would pass right by and not give it a second look! Don't do it!! Buy a 2wd (rare) Blazer, cuz the top comes clear off (better than a sun roof). Just me though. Darren

I think id try to install a set of t-tops.,a truck with a sun roof is just bone ass ugly unless you got something trick, but just a 29.99 Autozone sunroof, would be a funky one.

My "70 had one in it when I bought it. Leaks like a seive on hard rain days. However, it is cool to have the air flow on those summer days. It's your truck, make it a quality one if you get it done.

Well I do take your advise about not cutting it I was just looking to see if someone had some pics of it to see if it was an option. However I will never sell my truck!!!!!! And if by some chance I do I'm sure the offer will be made to me and it will be a sh_t pot full of money. The truck will belong to my son and what he does with it 15 years from now will be his choice. By the way, I think there are many installs of sunroofs that are junk but if it's done correctly I believe it could look and perform good. Thanks again for your opinions.

DONT DO IT, i have one in my 71 daily driver, it was installed in the 80's i think, when they were popular, its the double kind(his/hers technically in think) it leaks, i sealed it pretty good, but the gasket is gone to **** and they stopped making those types in the early 90's, so i sealed it up and it still occasionally drips during hard rains, but i'm not gonna lie, t looked pretty cool when it was up, since its the double kind, but i would never cut a good cabs roof, but its your truck, do what you want
