if you put a 1/2, 7 3/4 ton frame side by side you wont notice any differences in dimentions, but i think the 3/4 ton rails are about .030 thicker(1/32) as guaged with a set of mikes. And as aready posted , the springs ,spindles balljoints,rear diff ect. are all beefier. ..........crazy Al
