Man, talk about an evil mother, If is was him, I would be taking her to court and suing to be emancipated, Ticket or no Ticket. I wonder how the title could be in her name if it was a gift to her son from her sons father. I can't wait to find out what it is though.

Re: wow, here is a great way to sell a car..

How do you bid $8900 on a no gurantee Mystery box of keys, with a possible extra "gift" included? More $$ than brains. And the seller has been registered for all of 3 months. And why not just auction the car outright. Somethin smells like old tuna!

The way she is describing this vehicle, she makes it sound like its a Scion xB. The xB Scion is a Box on wheels and its from Toyota. But still with this little hints, I would not bid on something I have not seen.

Re: wow, here is a great way to sell a car..

"she" is probably a college student somewhere in se asia looking to screw some dumba$$ out of alot of money and I know from personal experience that ebay is of no help in matters such as these (my brother bought a 660 raptor off ebay that he later found out did not exist when the seller was tracked down it was an 85 year old woman who didn't even know that her identity had been ripped off took it in the a$$ for 3500 bux ebay told him sorry about his luck as did the service that everyone raves about paypal) I thought damn that sux all the while I had been a victim of internet theft and didn't even know it my checking acct had been hacked by apparently someone who got my billing info off paypal and lost 3k my bank wouldn't do anything and at the time FDIC would not cover internet theft so I too took one in the sewer pipe. So I am very skeptical of anyone new to online auctions and never ever will use paypal again no matter what !!! just one rednex experience with the electronic age later Mike

I think it's cool! Sounds like something I would do to punish a irresponsible child of mine.

I don't think the mother is evil either! If he were driving like that in front of your house with your kids out playing in the yard, what would you have thought?

I agree. There was a bad wreck right down the road from here.A kid in a honda (17)ran a light at 90mph,and hit another kid(18)crossing the intersection. The first one was caught doing 80 in a 55 the week before, and 70 in a 35, 3 weeks before that. The 18 yo is dead, the 17yo will go to jail,he is charged with vehicular manslaughter.
His first ticket was in another state, otherwise he would have lost his license, like that would have mattered.

Laugh out loud.

Anyway, the high bidder now has zero feedback. If it is real and i was the seller I would be skeptical of the purchaser.

You see a lot of zero feedback bidders bidding on cars, which I have always found strange

You have never bought anything on Ebay and the first thing you buy is a car?

This seller is strange too selling wadded up paper and a car she wont show you.

Seems to me it would be just as much punishment to the kid to just sell it normally.

If I was the kid losing the car is what would get to me, not this B.S.

That's how my dad got his 67 truck. A father son team build the truck (amature resto with a body shop paint job) for the son to drive to school (17 years old). The son came home late one night and the next morning told his dad he "accidentally" ran the pass. side bedside (longbed truck) against a telephone pole that was on a right turn on the edge of the road. Well, the dad believed his son and went to take the truck back to the body shop the next day to get the bed fixed. He was going down a steep hill and beer cans rolled out from under the seat. Needless to say, the dad turned around and put a for sale sign on the truck and my dad bought it

If you look at the questions, it says it took 10 - 15 minutes to crumple the wad of paper. LOL

Think about it, a neighbor looking at this auction may know the house and know whats in the garage...long shot, but possible.
