They were sold w/o tops or any passenger seats.Kinda puts the evolution of SUVs in perspective.
Doesn`t look like the price of a top has changed all that much.
I had a`71 CST that didn`t have l/o hubs,but it had a posi rear.

Back in the day i think you could order your truck or k5 just the way you wanted it. Nowadays if you option x...you have to buy package z...

I like the old way better. I noticed on that picy of the glove box rpo listing decal there was a aux battery listed...yet another rarity that is hard to find.
